Cervical screening test is offered to women 25 to 74 years of age with a cervix. Routinely, it is performed every 5 years.
A sample is collected and tested for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Please ask your doctor about self-collection as an alternative to clinician collected sample.

Know your breasts. After your monthly period, you may examine your breasts to be familiar with what feels normal for you and what is unusual.

Contraception options include barrier method eg. condom or oral contraceptives eg. pills.
Long-acting contraceptives are hormonal injections, rod implant, or intra-uterine devices.

Practicing safe sex can reduce transmission of sexual infections. Always use a condom. When commencing a new sexual relationship, consider having a checkup if you previously had unprotected sex.
